Privacy Policy (English)
1. Information the app collects
Doodle Brawl ("the app") does not directly collect personal information, and the developer runs no servers. - There is no account or sign-in. - Game progress (stage records, levels, gear and settings) is stored only on your device and is never sent anywhere. It is deleted when you delete the app. - The game can be played offline. The network is used only for ads and in-app purchases.
2. Information processed for advertising
The app shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. Interstitial ads appear only right after clearing a free stage (chapter 1, 1-1 to 1-10), and rewarded ads (revive, double clear reward, unlocking the next stage) appear only when you choose to watch one. To request and show ads, the AdMob SDK may collect the following and send it to Google: - Device identifier: the advertising identifier. On iOS (IDFA) it is passed only if you allow tracking. On Android (advertising ID) you can reset or delete it in the device settings. - Approximate location: country or region estimated from your IP address. Precise location is not collected. - Advertising data: ads shown, whether an ad was tapped, and similar. - Product interaction: app launches and interaction with ads. - Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data and other diagnostic data. This is used to show and personalize ads, measure ad performance, prevent ad fraud and improve ad services. If you buy "Full Unlock" or "Remove Ads", the app does not run the ad SDK at all: no ads, no tracking prompt or consent form, and none of the information above is sent to Google. Rewards are granted without an ad. The ad SDK may still run before your purchases can be checked (for example, the first offline launch on a new device). The Android version (Google Play) offers ads and in-app purchases in the same way. The tracking prompt exists only on iOS; on Android you can reset or delete the advertising ID in the device settings (Google → Ads).
3. Personalized ads and how to opt out
- Data: advertising identifier, ads shown and tapped, app launches and other ad-related usage - How: collected automatically by the AdMob SDK when the app requests an ad and sent to Google. The developer does not receive or keep it. - Purpose: showing ads that match your interests and measuring ad performance - Retention: according to Google's privacy policy - Opting out: choose "Ask App Not to Track" on the tracking prompt at first launch, or turn it off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. You will then see non-personalized ads, and every game feature still works.
4. In-app purchases
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). The developer never receives your name or payment details. Only the transaction information needed to confirm your purchase is received from Apple or Google and checked on your device, and it is not sent anywhere. Refunds follow Apple's process (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play's process (play.google.com → Account → Order history). A refunded purchase is switched off the next time the app checks your purchases.
5. Third parties, international transfer and processors
- Recipient: Google LLC - Country: United States - When and how: sent over an encrypted connection when the app requests an ad - Data: the information in section 2 - Purpose: the purposes in section 2 - Retention: according to Google's privacy policy - Safeguards: Google relies on recognized transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses. - If you do not want this: opt out of tracking as in section 3. The minimum needed to request an ad (approximate location, diagnostics) may still be sent; to avoid it, buy "Remove Ads" or "Full Unlock" (section 2), or play with the device offline (everything except purchases and rewarded ads works offline). The developer does not use any other processor for personal information. See policies.google.com/privacy and How Google uses information from partner sites.
6. Your choices
- Tracking: change it any time as described in section 3. - Consent: where the law requires it, such as the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form is shown first, and you can decline data processing for ads. You can change your choice later from the privacy options in the game's settings. - Advertising identifier: resetting it in your device settings unlinks past ad activity. - Ad rating: ads in the app are limited to the Teen (T) rating or lower.
7. Who is responsible, legal bases and your rights (UK and Switzerland)
- Responsible person: Youngmin Lee (be.onn), be.onn.corp@gmail.com. Google acts as an independent controller for the advertising data it collects. - Legal bases: personalized ads rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Non-personalized ads, ad measurement and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interests in funding a free game. - Your rights: you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. The developer keeps no personal information, so a request is answered by confirming that. Requests about ad data can also be made to Google. - Complaints: you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch). - Requests: email the address above; we reply within 10 days.
8. Retention, deletion and security
The developer keeps no personal information. Information collected by the ad SDK is kept and deleted under Google's policies. Deleting the app removes all game data stored on your device. Ad requests are sent only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and game data stays in the app's private storage on your device.
9. Children
The developer does not directly collect personal information from children. Children should decide on tracking and in-app purchases together with a parent or guardian.
10. Changes
